Abstract:
Lumbar artery pseudoaneurysms following trauma are rare cases and are usually secondary to bullet wounds. The authors report a case resulting from a stab wound with concomitant through-and-through injuries to the duodenum and inferior vena cava and delayed presentation of the lumbar artery injury. The injury was successfully managed with coil embolization.
